Cancer affects too many people. On Sunday 23rd Feb I'll be running Seville Marathon. Barb and I signed up together, and as many of you know, she won't now be running with me. I'll be taking Barb with me every step of the way. All donations to this fantastic charity much appreciated.

Cindy and I are also riding the Etape Loch Ness together for MacMillan.
