Literacy Partners is an incredible organization that uses a two-generation approach to literacy, working with parents to improve the outcomes of children and the whole family.

Parents are their children's first and best teachers, and Literacy Partners provides a safe, culturally sensitive place for parents to grow their language and literacy skills while also sharing knowledge and techniques to engage and build their children's language skills.

For more than 50 years, Literacy Partners has impacted thousands of adults and even more children in NYC and in 30 states, including Puerto Rico. I'm fundraising for them because I believe in the power of literacy to change lives - will you join me?
