The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

Join me on a journey of a lifetime as I trek to Petra on November 4th, 2023, to raise funds for the National Autistic Society. As someone who has seen firsthand the impact of autism on individuals and their families, I am passionate about supporting this cause. Autism affects millions of people worldwide and can make everyday life a challenge for all. That's why I'm taking on this trek, which will involve many challenges such as trekking for an average of 7-9 hours per day in high temperatures of 25C - 35C, climbing and descending around 2500m in total over the five days trekking, and camping in remote very basic conditions directly under the stars in freezing conditions. But these challenges pale in comparison to those faced by individuals with autism every day.

I am asking for your help to raise £1,000 for the National Autistic Society. This organization provides support and resources for individuals with autism and their families. Your donation will go directly to the National Autistic Society as the trip is fully self-funded. With your support, we can make a difference in the lives of those affected by autism.

Please consider making a contribution today through my JustGiving page. Together we can help create a world where individuals with autism are understood, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
