We are moving further, faster to help everyone affected by a brain tumour

Story

As a family myself and Andy have decided to take Buddy our son to Wales to climb a mountain called Pen Y Fan, the highest peak in southern Britain. We feel like this is a nice positive thing to do as a family, and to conquer a mountain at 6 years old is something Buddy will never forget.

We have been through a lot as a family last year and Andy being diagnosed with a brain tumour last Jan 2023 which has now been removed, we have chosen to do it for The Brain Tumour Charity.

There are three other reasons we are doing it for this charity.

1) A little boy in my son’s school aged 4 years old passed away on 5th Jan 2024 to an aggressive brain tumour.

2) My best friend sister is going through treatment for a brain tumour and also has cancer in other places.

3) My sister passed away on 24th July 2023 to cancer which spread to her brain.

I could not think of a better charity to donate to with what we have gone through in the last twelve months.

We are completing this on Saturday 27th April.

It would be lovely if we could raise some money for this charity.
