Story
It has always been my goal to run a Half Marathon, however recently this has become so much more important to me. This last week I sadly and suddenly lost my dear Uncle Arun to Coronary Heart Disease at his young age of 57.
The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives.
I will be running the Richmond Half Marathon on Sunday 15th September and would like to dedicate it to my Uncle's memory and use it as an opportunity to raise funds for this very important cause. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. Any contribution you are able to make would be hugely appreciated.
Thank you so much for all of your support - I know we will make my Arun Mama proud!
