In August, I’ll be taking on the Newark Half Marathon in support of Beaumond House Hospice Care - a charity that means so much to me and my family.

Beaumond House cared for my Grandad towards the end of his life, and I will always be grateful for the compassion, dignity, and comfort they gave him during such a difficult time.

They didn’t just support my incredible Grandad, but also our family - making an incredibly tough period that little bit more bearable - and I will carry this with me every step of the 13.1 miles.

Seeing first-hand the impact they have on people and their families is something we will never forget. It’s because of this that I want to give something back and help them continue providing this amazing level of care to others who need it.

I’m aiming to raise £150 for Beaumond House, and every donation - big or small - will make a real difference in helping them continue their incredible work.
