I am a final year Physiotherapy Masters student and have been given an amazing opportunity to go and volunteer in Sri Lanka!

For my main fundraising activity I am going to do a skydive in Dubai in May.

Travelteer Impact empowers under developed communities and their environments in Sri Lanka and Nepal. Including hospitals and healthcare systems.

I will be helping out for 3 weeks in South West Sri Lanka in the local hospitals and disability centres to provide care for all ages with various disabilities and health conditions, understanding how their healthcare system works and more importantly how physiotherapy is performed in comparison to the UK.

All the funds are raised by volunteers who participate in the volunteering programmes. By donating you will be directly contributing to our efforts and helping us achieve our aims to provide a better quality of life for these people.

This opportunity is a very rare and exciting one and I would like to do everything I can to ensure I can provide the best care possible and create an impact these people will remember. So please, any donation no matter how small will help and be hugely appreciated.
