Story
400km, 3 Days, 1 Mission.
This year, I’m taking on my biggest challenge yet: cycling 400km from London to Brussels in support of Breast Cancer Now.
I’ve been placed in a faster group, and as a Ride Captain, my role goes beyond my own pedals. I am responsible for the safety and morale of my team, leading them through every kilometre to ensure we all cross that finish line together.
While the physical demand is daunting, it pales in comparison to the reality of a breast cancer diagnosis. This cause is deeply personal to me. Two of my close friends were diagnosed with breast cancer, and watching those you love navigate the fear, exhaustion, and uncertainty of treatment changes your perspective. Breast Cancer Now has been a lifeline for both of them.
By supporting my ride, you aren't just cheering me on—you are funding the life-saving research and support services that ensure no one has to face this disease alone.
Every mile is for my friends, and every donation makes a genuine difference. Thank you for your support.
