"Hello everyone! I am currently in my last year at Cardiff Met where I have been studying Psychology for the last 3 years. Following an incredible month of volunteering in Fiji back in 2022, I am excited to share that I'll be embarking on another impactful journey, this time in the beautiful country that is Sri Lanka, nestled in South Asia.

I'll be dedicating 2 weeks of my time working with patients in a mental health setting, gaining invaluable experience and immersing myself in the rich culture and tropical landscapes of this beautiful country. The opportunity to observe and learn from local mental health professionals in a Hospital is both humbling and exciting. Your support will not only contribute to the well-being of individuals in need but also aid in fostering a deeper understanding of mental health therapy in Sri Lankan communities. I hope to make a positive impact on lives and communities.

I am aiming to raise £150 to support their impactful work. Additionally, any funds raised beyond this goal will be used to cover my return flight expenses, which are estimated to be approximately £350. After the fundraising period, any surplus funds exceeding the return flight costs will be donated to Travelteer Impact to further their charitable causes.
