I’m taking part in a charity walk in honour of my wonderful grandad, raising money for St Luke’s Hospice.

St Luke’s provides incredible care, comfort and dignity to people and their families during the hardest of times. The support they give goes far beyond medical care, it’s compassion, kindness and reassurance when it’s needed most.

This walk is my way of saying thank you, of remembering my grandad, and of helping ensure other families receive the same care and support.
