Our PINK campaign is dedicated to fundraising for local breast cancer support, all money that is raised from PINK run will go directly towards patients in Northern Ireland. 1 in 8 women in Northern Ireland are diagnosed with breast cancer creating a huge need for more support locally and for more research to be carried out. Our PINK campaign supports specific support services for young and old women diagnosed with breast cancer, giving them opportunities to speak to experts on their concerns and creating a space for them to meet others in a similar situation. Let’s work together to raise what we can to support women throughout Northern Ireland.

This cause is very special to us here, as Ambrose’s sister was diagnosed with breast cancer, as was one of our staff.

Thankfully both received treatment and are here to tell the tale. But Ambrose’s much loved sister-in-law was not so lucky, and passed away 8 years ago. Her anniversary is actually on Sunday, the day of the run, so the timing is perfect.
