Story
On September 13th, 2026, I will be attempting to compete Ironman Wales in Tenby.
Known for its brutal course and relentless hills. I will be attempting to complete a 2.4mile/3.8km sea swim, 112mile/180km bike course, finished with running a marathon which is 26.2miles/42.2km.
Whilst doing this, I’m hoping to raise funds for The Wales Air Ambulance Charity. They provide advanced life saving emergency care for everyone living in, and visiting Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The charity relies entirely on donations to keep the helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road.

Having just completed my 3 year degree training to be a paramedic, I have seen first hand the essential work that air ambulances provide to patients all year round, donations mean that this amazing charity can continue to provide life saving work across Wales.

50% of the cost of my general entry fee will be reimbursed on reaching my fundraising target. This means that Wales Air Ambulance receives the remaining sponsorship monies.
