I wanted to try and do something special for Quality Life UK to mark it's 10th birthday celebration! WOW where has that time gone!!!

I thought what better way than to raise money for such a wonderful and worthwhile charity whilst spending time with some amazingly special ladies and getting to trek around and take in the fabulous Derbyshire views and breath in it's fresh clean air!!

During my time running Quality Life Uk I have had the pleasure of getting to know, supporting and becoming part of so many wonderful and very special families that have been affected by and are still currently living with Alzheimers and Dementia. So when I heard about this wonderful Trek 26 I thought there was no better thing to do!

So please please could I ask you to support me, the wonderful ladies and this exceptional charity and all those amazing families it supports!!!
