My older sister Natassia was born with brain damage due to inadequate care during birth, starving her brain of oxygen and leaving her with cerebral palsy. My sister will never run a marathon, but for her I will.

I'll be running the London marathon on the 27th of April in Natassia's honour raising money for the The Garwood Foundation Bramley Hill Day Centre.

Garwood provides a range of services for people with disabilities in Croydon and the surrounding boroughs. Our focus is to promote the care, welfare, interest, treatment and advancement of education of people with profound, multiple, acquired or other disabilities .

So please donate while I force my body to suffer😂, no amount is too little or too small
