Refuge supports thousands of women and their children every day, emergency accommodation, community services, and through the National Domestic Abuse Helpline which is run by Refuge and is the gateway to support services across the country. Specialist women’s domestic abuse services continue to face a funding crisis, with funding cuts and poor commissioning decisions failing to ensure they can keep running.
