Hello all,

As many of you know, my dad passed away from ALS in 2022, also known as MND in the UK. Every day in the UK six people are diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND). So next month I will be participating in the Swimming 6k in May fundraiser to raise money for the MND Association. May is usually the month I would walk in the NYC Walk ALS, but since I'm in the UK this year, I'll be swimming for my dad instead.

The money I raise will help to provide care and support for people affected by MND, and fund vital research. However much you can donate, £10 or £100, will make a difference.
