Thank you so much for choosing to fundraise for Maggie's in Cheltenham. Your generosity will allow us to continue offering support to those living with cancer, their families and friends, whenever they need us most

Story

This summer, we are taking on the challenge of a lifetime by climbing Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa and the highest single freestanding mountain in the world. Myself, my dad Dave, my brother Dan, alongside our good friends Victoria, Mo, Derek and Callum will attempt the 5895m high hike in June 2024, estimating to take 8 days up and down.

When Dad was diagnosed with Cancer back in 2014, there were times when we thought he would not make it to the grand old age of 60. But here he is, having fought stage 4 bowel and liver cancer, celebrating his 60th birthday! In honour of this milestone we decided there is no better time to take on this challenge. We would like to raise money for Maggie's Cheltenham who helped us tremendously through the difficult times, and no doubt are part of the reason dad has made it to 60. The work they do for those living with cancer, as well as their family and friends is astonishing, and we would like to help them so others can continue to receive their support.

Any support is hugely appreciated!
