CAROLINE'S 20 SWIM CHALLENGE
Hope House Volunteer Caroline Jones has set herself a challenge to raise funds for the Hope House & Ty Gobaith Charity by swimming 20 lengths of a 25-metre pool over a 26-week period. Caroline's challenge, which started in September 2025, will see her taking on the challenge throughout the winter and into the spring of 2026 during her weekly swimming sessions at Seahorse Swimming Club in Crewe.
Caroline, aged 58, who has cerebral palsy and has limited use of her left arm and leg, has been swimming at Seahorse SC for five years. She started volunteering at Hope House in Nantwich in 2024.
Seahorse Secretary Gareth Roberts said: "This challenge gives Caroline a goal to focus on during her swim sessions at Seahorse SC. She shows lots of determination every time she gets in the pool knowing that her efforts will benefit the Hope House Charity, which is close to her heart."
Anyone wishing to support Hope House by sponsoring Caroline can do so on JustGiving.
