I’m trying to raise £1,000 for Alder Hey Children’s Hospital by running my first marathon. Alder Hey is a place that means so much to people across the UK, especially here in Liverpool, and within our own barristers’ chambers. Whether it’s through fundraising or donating books, many of us have supported Alder Hey in one way or another – and for good reason.

They care for around 1,200 children every single day – providing world-class treatment, comfort, and support to families during some of their toughest times. It’s an incredible place doing incredible things, and this is my small way of giving something back.
