Story
In April 2027, I’ll be taking on a big challenge – running the 10th anniversary of the London Landmarks Half Marathon, it’s for a cause very close to my heart.
In April 2026, my mum was diagnosed with breast cancer. It came as a huge shock, especially as she’s the healthiest, strongest person I know. It was a tough time for our family, but we were incredibly lucky to have the support of amazing medical teams and charities throughout.
The good news is that my mum is now doing well, and her strength and positivity have been a huge inspiration to me.
Seeing the impact these charities have had first-hand has made me want to give something back. So nearly a year on from her diagnosis, I’ll be running 13.1 miles to support them and help others going through the same journey.
If you’re able to donate, no matter how big or small, it would mean so much. Every contribution really does make a difference.
Thank you so much for your support 🤍
