Ames High School's SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) is hosting a Hunger Fight meal packaging event with Meals from the Heartland to help those around the globe struggling with food insecurity.

SADD is fundraising to cover the cost of ingredients of 20,000 Hearty Pack meals that will be packaged by Ames High Students for a service project this semester.

Meals from the Heartland is a non-profit 501(c)(3) hunger relief organization based out of West Des Moines, IA. Their mission is to empower people to save starving children.
