As many of you know, our family experienced a great loss in September 2014 when we said goodbye to an incredible woman, my Nana, Maureen Crowley.

Nana was more than just a beloved family member; she was a dedicated and compassionate Marie Curie Nurse, known for her unwavering passion and care. Her infectious smile, joyous laugh, and kind heart brightened every room she entered.

She is deeply missed by our family and everyone who knew her, but her spirit continues to live on in our hearts.

To honour her memory and support this amazing charity, I am running the TCS 2025 London Marathon.

Your support means the world to me and I can only imagine how proud my Nana would be of us all today.

Marie Curie is here for anyone with an illness they’re likely to die from, and those close to them. Whatever the illness, wherever you are, we’re with you to the end. We bring 75 years of experience and leading research to the care we give you at home, in our hospices and over the phone. And we push for a better end of life for all by campaigning and sharing research to change the system.
