On the 4th October I am taking part in the Charity Abseil at down the tower over 6 stories as per the picture at Kings Mill Hopspital for Sherwood Forest Hopsitals Charity.

I have an extreme fear for heights and but I would like to challenge my fear knowing its for a good cause and the work the SFH Charity Team do for our local patients.

Please support me in my challenge and help others if they are sick and need treatment :)
