I was made aware of the National Kidney Federation by a dear friend who has received support from the NKF through a critical time is their life. They made a difference to his journey and to 1000s of others across the UK.

Each week, they answer around 200 calls from individuals seeking guidance and support. This vital service reaches out to approximately 3.25 million people living with Chronic Kidney Disease

So on 6 Dec, I am going to run 6km laps on the hour every hour starting at 6am with the last lap being at 4pm (or more if I can go past 10 laps).

Friends and family will join me on each lap to make it social and fun.
