The AJ Bell Great South Run is one of the most popular running events in the UK, with over 20,000 runners taking on the 10-mile route around the city of Portsmouth each year, and this year's event takes place on the 19th October 2025.

This year "Team AML" will be running in aid of our chosen charities, Dementia UK and Macmillan Cancer Support. The team consists of:
