The money you donate will be used for conferences, training and further research into Pseudomyxoma Peritonei - much-needed initiatives as it is such a rare form of cancer. There are only 2 centres in the UK that treat it - one in Basingstoke and the other in North Hampshire Hospital. However, post-operation hospital stays are often quite long drawn-out, so Hampshire Hospitals is also helping finance families and friends to stay close to the centres due to the high cost of housing/hotels in both areas.
