Cancer doesn't discriminate. One in two of us will face it in our lifetime, which means someone you know is likely affected right now.

The Ampthill vs Cancer 5K on **29th June** brings our community together in beautiful Ampthill Park to raise funds for local cancer charities.

All proceeds support vital research, raise awareness and help families affected by cancer.

The event includes:

- 5K for all abilities (run or walk)

- Golden Hare Mile for kids

- Picnic in the park with live music

Everyone is welcome regardless of fitness level or connection to cancer.
