Story
We at the AMS1314 project like to do fundraising activities all through the year and especially at Christmas time.
At this time of the year we like to focus on a particular cause that helps children.
This year we have selected the the Maria Goretti Foundation who are a Children's Respite Centre and provide a holistic service, supporting both child and family, in a home from home environment for children, male and female, with Autism, intellectual disability or physical and sensory disabilities. The children range in age from 6-18yrs. They are a relatively charity that opened in February 2014 and are very close to a key member of our teams family.
A member of our team had their young cousin, Joshua, pass away in 2019 and each year their family hold a fundraising event in memory of Joshua entitled - 'Jump for Josh!'
We at the AMS project would like to offer our support and have some fun raising the funds for this amazing charity.
We will be having a Xmas jumper day on site, a pub quiz and potentially a sporting activity to end the year.
Please donate anything you can afford to aid us in reaching our target and please feel free to take part in any of our activities that are taking place.
