Amtoil locally known as the disabled people village is one of the village of Bishwnath Upazila under Sylhet district. The shocking thing about this village is that among the 5,500 villagers, it has about 500 people with disability - most of them are children and disabled from birth which is the height in a single village in Bangladesh. The villagers are living in an unhygienic and unhealthy environment and even fewer tube-wells, sanitary toilets are also a rarity. To ensure of quality of life of those people have needed to accommodation, safe drinking water, nutritious food, medical and rehabilitation support.
