Amtoil is an exceptional village in Bishwanath, Sylhet and home to 500 children and adults living with disabilities. Darussunnah Masjid is the only mosque in the village. Unfortunately, since its establishment 50 years ago, no initiative has been taken to develop the mosque.

Rescue Aid Trust and Channel S have been taken initiative to build this mosque and started fund raising from last year Ramadan. Alhamdulillah, with your generous donations, the mosque construction has stated and foundation and piling work has been completed. MashaAllah, mosque’s construction is progressing rapidly by your donation, Sadaqah and support.

Building a masjid, you will not only earn the reward of providing a community with a house of Allah (SWT), but your Sadaqah Jariyah will continue giving benefit for generations to come In Sha Allah. The Messenger of Allah, Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), said: “Whoever builds a Masjid for the sake of Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.”
