Joe - my husband, my world, my soul mate, passed away on 1st September 2025 aged just 41, after a long and tough battle with bowel cancer. Fighting with such strength, courage and positivity for so long, he was such an inspiration and so loved.

I can't put into words how much he is missed, every minute of every day, and how he had such a lasting impact on the lives of all those who knew him.

He would hate all the attention, as he always dealt with everything thrown at him in his own quiet way without wanting any fuss.

However, this is one way for me to give something back to the hospice, who were amazing in the short time that Joe was under their care and at the most difficult time showing us kindness and giving us peace of mind and dignity when the time came.

Along with a bunch of amazing friends, I will be running Wickersley 10K to raise some vital funds and to remember Joe ❤️
