Hello everyone! Jas and I are very excited to be walking a marathon this summer (the London 10 peaks challenge- https://www.charitychallenge.com/challenge/260/London-10-Peaks-Challenge) in aid of Able Kidz (http://ablekidz.org/).

A bit about Able Kidz:

Able Kidz exists to help ensure that a disabled child does not suffer educational disadvantage because of their disability. They are passionate that children acquire the skills they need to succeed and living fulfilling lives and a vital component in success is education. Education and the accompanying confidence is a powerful multiplier of opportunity for every child, especially disabled children.

Their motto is ‘Learning for life’, to that end they work to make a variety of learning aids and resources accessible to children with disabilities all over the UK. Educationally assistive items such as modified desks/seating as well as access to online resources via iPads and laptops. They pay for assessments that can help children with dyslexia or autism access specialised services and can enhance a child’s engagement with learning by providing extra tuition.

Able Kidz have been making a difference for almost 20 years, please help us raise as much as possible for this brilliant charity!
