I have secured a place in the ballot for the London Marathon this year but would still love to raise some money for charity!

I have chosen to raise money for the Brentwood Catholic Children’s Society (BCCS).

As many of you know, my family have faced some turbulent and difficult times over the past few years and my children have been particularly affected.

They have received wonderful help and support from counsellors at BCCS so I wanted to give something back.

BCCS helps shape the futures of children through one to one counselling and therapeutic practice and by promoting self-resilience and greater self-awareness. They aim to empower more positive life choices and help navigate children through difficult and often challenging times.

This is a huge challenge for me and I am not a natural runner but I am determined to get round the 26.2 miles. Any donations and support on the day would be much appreciated x
