On Sunday 6th September, a group of us will be lining up at the startline of the Banbury 10K and we'd love your support!

If you know me, you will know that I am no runner. I did my first 10k yesterday (5th August) and my body is screaming at me to never do it again! But it is all for a good cause, so I'll be working hard for the next few weeks to make sure I can show up on the day.

We're running to raise money for Friends of Frank Wise, the charity supporting Frank Wise School in Banbury, a school for children and young people aged 2–19 with profound and multiple learning disabilities. Every penny raised helps fund specialist equipment, facilities, and experiences that make a real difference to the pupils' lives.
