Far too many of us have felt the pain of losing someone we love. With your donations, we power groundbreaking cardiovascular research to save and improve lives, bring hope to families, and keep hearts beating across the UK.

Story

Thanks for visiting my page. I’m raising money for the British Heart Foundation in memory of someone incredibly special to us all.

Over Christmas, we lost our Dad, Husband and Grandad — but more than that, we lost a truly great human being. As many of you know, Paul had a heart of gold. He always lifted people up when they were down, opened his home and treated everyone like they were his own children. If you needed help, he was there without question.

Over the past few years, Paul faced several health challenges, one of the biggest being his heart. At the start of last year, he underwent a heart valve transplant — something he faced with his usual humour, joking that it made him “part cow.” That was Paul: finding laughter even in the toughest moments.

Sadly, Paul later suffered a cardiac arrest and, heartbreakingly, wasn’t able to pull through.

By supporting this fundraiser, you’re helping the British Heart Foundation continue their vital work so that other families may have more time, more memories, and more hope. Any donation, big or small, means so much to us and helps honour Paul’s legacy of kindness, love and generosity.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support. ❤️
