In 2022 our community lost an utterly gorgeous soul when Hannah died. She touched so many lives through her childminding and the support at our local school and is greatly missed by all who knew her.

St Ann’s Hospice provide care to people and their families living with a life-limiting illness in the Greater Manchester community. Their care was amazing, even organising a wedding for Hannah and her partner Dave 💕. The staff are very special people who provide a range of free services to patients, carers and their loved ones.

It costs a staggering £20,000 per day to run just one St Ann’s site and that is why we want to climb.

As a Slimming World consultant I have the privilege of helping people on their own personal journeys, Hannah was also one of my members. Our groups will climb in her memory and try to raise a whopping £20,000! So please dig deep, imagine what that sum of money could do.
