In April 2027, I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for World Land Trust.

World Land Trust is one of the charities the company I work for (VetPartners) supports. I was not aware of their brilliant work before this and so for anyone also not aware of the work they do they are an international conservation charity that protects the world's most biologically significant and threatened habitats. They do this through:

- Protecting land

- Restoring habitates

- Working with local people

- Fighting climate change.

On their website, you will find a quote from the legend that is Sir David Attenborough, who said "the money that is given to the World Land Trust, in my estimation, has more effect on the wild world than almost anything I can think of."

I am excited to take on this challenge for such an important charity - we all live on this planet, and we all need to do what we can to protect it.
