We have decided to take on the challenge on climbing Snowdon on 2nd September and as this is our first attempt in climbing a mountain we thought what better way to raise money for a great cause, we have chosen The Trussell Trust charity.

Between 1 April 2022 and 31 March 2023, food banks in the Trussell Trust's UK wide network distributed close to 3 million emergency food parcels to people facing hardship - this is an increase of 37% from the same period last year. The most parcels ever distributed by the network in a year! It is a 120% increase compared to 5 years ago.

This is also the first time that food banks in the Trussell Trust network have provided over a million parcels for children, with record levels of need seen for both children and adults this year.
