Story
Southwick Christian Community Church is a local church, located in the seaside town of Southwick.
SCCC is committed to sharing their faith locally, in the UK, and overseas across different continents. Currently, their areas of support include Belgium, Spain, Hungary, Zimbabwe, and Nagaland.
Southwick Christian Community Church has fallen on hard times recently, with essential maintenance work required on the building to help preserve the place of worship.
The historic building was established in 1903, with the walls built of solid masonry without a damp proof course to prevent ground water rising. One of the walls has become saturated and musty as a result. The children of the church meet in this room, so Southwick Christian Community Church is in desperate need to help rectify the situation.
“My Nanna, Patricia Box, was a long-standing member of the church, and my Pops, Brian Box, is Trustee and Secretary. I not only want to give back to the church for all their years of care and support, but I’m also doing this for my Pops, who is strong in faith, and passionate about keeping the church and its memory alive.” – Amy Moore
#share177 Charity Campaign
Following the success of the #S7100 Charity Campaign, where we surpassed our £100,000 fundraising milestone towards the end of 2023, we launched the #share177 campaign with the aim to increase our target to £177,000 by the end of 2026 to celebrate our 15th birthday.
Making a difference is the key driving force behind Search Seven by providing "Search Marketing For Social Good." The #share177 funds donated to this page will be match-funded up to £150.
