On the 16th of March, Ashley and I are participating in Hyrox Women’s Doubles in Glasgow to raise money for MacMillan.

For those of you who don’t know what Hyrox is, it is a 1km run into a functional exercise 8 times. We have attached a link below which explains it better with the specified weights for our division.
