Hi, I’m Amy.

I’m taking on the AJ Bell 10K for MFT. This will be my first 10k after taking up running in July 2025, previously I had never ran before… in fact I did everything to avoid it. Since then I’ve ran 4 5K’s and I’m ready for my next challenge, this time raising money for a worthy cause with my sister-in-law.

This year the money raised will go towards the MediCinema Appeal, raising funds to create Manchester’s first fully accessible, in-hospital cinema for patients at both Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital and Manchester Royal Infirmary.

With your support we can create a warm, welcoming space where patients of all ages can safely enjoy the latest blockbusters and much-loved favourites – even from a wheelchair or hospital bed.
