I’m raising money for The Donaldson Trust, a charity dedicated to supporting neurodivergent people to live more independent lives. Alongside education and specialist care, the Trust also works with organisations to help them better understand neurodiversity in the workplace and build more inclusive environments.

Working in recruitment, I see how vital this support is in helping people thrive at work, and how powerful it can be when employers truly understand neurodivergent talent. Every donation, big or small, helps to provide additional support, education, and opportunities for the people the Trust supports, making a real and lasting difference.
