On 27 September, I'll be running a 10K in Sheffield to raise funds for Care Venezuela and its Venezuela Earthquake Appeal.

The recent earthquakes in Venezuela have devastated communities, leaving thousands of people dead, injured, displaced, or missing. Homes, hospitals, and essential infrastructure have been destroyed, and many families are now without shelter, clean water, food, or medical care.

Venezuela was already facing a severe humanitarian and economic crisis, making recovery even more challenging.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help provide emergency essentials such as clean water, food, medicines, and other life-saving support to those affected.
