In 2023, I lost one of the most important people in my life...my beloved Granny, or Yiayia, as we say in Greek. 💙

Watching Alzheimer's slowly take pieces of the person I loved was one of the hardest experiences I have ever faced. It didn't just affect her memory, it changed so many moments I had hoped to share. Even through it all, the love she gave me and all those around her never faded, and neither will the memories of the incredible woman she was.

In honour of my Yiayia and everyone affected by this heartbreaking disease, I'm raising £1,000 for the Alzheimer's Society by jumping out of an aeroplane 10,000ft in the air!

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help fund vital research, provide support for families, and bring hope for a future where no one has to watch someone they love disappear to Alzheimer's.
