On Sunday, 11 May 2025, I will be abseiling down the Millers Dale Viaduct in the Peak District, to raise vital funds for NICE - Centre for Movement Disorders.

At NICE, they support children and adults with movement disorders like cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s, stroke, and multiple sclerosis to lead more independent and fulfilling lives through Conductive Education. Every donation, big or small, helps them continue this life-changing work and empowers more individuals to reach their potential.
