One More City is an annual cycling campaign that moves from city to city, starting from where the previous year’s ride has finished

Since 2017, they have completed seven rides through six countries, raising nearly £400,000 for secondary breast cancer research in the UK.

I felt I was long overdue for a personal challenge that was a PROPER challenge, worthy of your donations for an important cause, and this fits the bill!

This year the ride is Pisa, Italy to Nice, France – starting on the 25th Sep 2025, it is 4 days back-to-back, just under 600 km with about 9,000 m of elevation. The route combines challenging climbs with breath taking scenery, finishing in the centre of Nice. I'm there mentally, but will my dodgy knees hold up? Let's find out!
