On Sunday, 2nd of June, I will be taking part in the 2024 Vhi Women's Mini Marathon and raising much needed funds for Anam Cara.

To Everyone I know. Almost 5 years ago my gorgeous kind-hearted friend Audrey lost her only daughter Emilie (forever 21) unexpectedly. Asides from our own struggle to comprehend why Emilie was taken, we as Audreys friends struggled to help her. One can not possibly imagine the horrendous pain and grief and the longevity of it without going through it. Along came Anam Cara...A support group started and ran by parents who also endured this devastating life changing cross to carry. Even typing this is a struggle to find the words to capture the importance of support groups like this. I appeal to all my friends to dig deep into your pockets and sponsor me. I will be running alongside my friend in memory of her beautiful daughter to raise funds for Anam Cara.
