We create initiatives providing employment to ex-offenders, the first of which is XO Bikes. We provide training inside, employment outside & pastoral support on all sides. Over 400 studies show that employment is the single most important factor in reducing reoffending rates.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. On 9th May, David & I are cycling through Surrey by way of HMP Bronzefield and HMP Feltham Young Offenders Prison to help raise money for Onwards and Upwards. This inspiring charity helps to train and employ prison leavers to stop the cycle of reoffending.
