Story
I will be taking part in 10 Miles 10 Pubs on Saturday 27th September, in aid of Bolton Hospice.
Many people we all know have loved ones who’ve needed and benefitted from hospices, such as Bolton. Mine and my brother’s brave and dignified mum, less than two years ago, was diagnosed and passed away within a month. Bolton Hospice, despite their funding difficulties, were heroes.
£32 could pay for a bereavement support session, offering a safe space for those coping with the death of a loved one.
£88 could pay for 48 hours of vital oxygen, helping to keep patients comfortable.
£127 could pay for a visit by their Hospice at Home team, offering specialist palliative and end-of-life care to people whose preferred place of care is their home.
£560 could pay for a night’s stay in their inpatient unit, providing vital care and support to families when they need it most.
Any donation you can make will help.
Thank you 😊
