Andrew Agbo is raising money for Diabetes UK
In memory of Norah

50 mile Ultramarathon through London landmarks which were special to Norah · 21 April 2025

Diabetes UK is the charity leading the fight against the UK's devastating and fastest growing health crisis, working to create a world where diabetes can do no harm. It’s a fight that involves all of us – sharing knowledge and taking diabetes on together. Join us.

Story

Norah was a kind, loving and selfless person who had an impact on the lives of many. Norah had been bravely battling pain for years and was managing this with help from medical professionals, friends and family. Sadly Norah passed away following complications related to diabetes.

Norah was a regular donor to Diabetes UK and they supported her since her diagnosis with diabetes. In her memory I will be fundraising which will help towards further research.

On 21st April 2025 which would have been Norah’s birthday, I will be running an ultramarathon (50 miles). This will be through various landmarks around London which were of importance to Norah. It is the furthest distance I have run but is a challenge I will embrace.

By supporting my fundraising, you are improving the lives of many as we do not want a repeat of the pain Norah experienced.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and wish me luck as I may need some!
